We have re-opened Bertie’s Play Village in unit 14 High Street (next to TJ Hughes) and closed Bertie’s Play Barn in the mean time.
Welcome to Bertie's Play Village, located in Prince Bishops Place in the heart of Durham City Centre. Bertie's Play Village is a children’s stay-and-play facility that offers children, parents and families a place to take a break from their shopping trip at Prince Bishops Place.
Let your children explore their imaginations and journey into a world of Imaginext, Peppa Pig, fancy dress, role play and countless other adventures! There’s no need to book, just pop along and join in the fun!
There are lots of great toys to keep children entertained, while their big people can enjoy a relaxing coffee. Hot and cold refreshments and snacks are served throughout the day. Free Wifi and baby-changing facilities are available. Accessible car parking is available a short walk away within Prince Bishops Place.
Bertie’s Play Village is the number one destination for children in Durham City Centre!
We are open Monday to Saturday 10am - 4pm and Sundays 11am - 4pm.
