Set conveniently just off junction 62 of the A1 we cater for every individual, whether you enjoy a rigorous workout or gentle exercise we offer maximum results in minimum time.

Discover state-of-the-art facilities, an extensive selection of exercise classes and a luxurious swimming pool with sauna, steam room and spa pool to help you relax and unwind.

Our newly refurbished two level gym has cardiovascular, resistance and functional training equipment to suit all abilities. Exciting and innovative equipment is available, including water rowers, a specialist functional training zone and an exceptional variety of classes including Les Mills. 

Our brand new interactive cardiovascular equipment include touch screen televisions which can be used alongside the MyWellness cloud technology app on your smartphone to track your fitness progress, complete challenges and set new personal bests for yourself.

Socialise and refuel in our cafe bar/lounge area where members and guests can enjoy a selection of nutritional meals, snacks and drinks including high quality Kinetica Sport Nutrition products.
