About

The Old Stables Cottage 1 is a beautifully furnished holiday cottage located within the picturesque hamlet of Knitsley, on the outskirts of Durham.  The cottage has been awarded 5 stars from VisitEngland.  One of a collection of three holiday cottages, this property sleeps four guests in 2 well appointed bedrooms, a kingsize and a twin room.  The family bathroom, is well appointed with shower over bathtub, toilet and basin.  The property is tastefully furnished and decorated, with an open plan layout for the kitchen, dining and living areas.  The cottage benefits from being on one level and accepts one well behaved dog.  With a beautiful garden to the back of the property area overlooking the magnificent rolling fields of County Durham this cottage is an ideal place to get away from it all.
