About

Join me in this introduction to experience the breath on a deeper level.

Conscious breathing is a simple, yet powerful practice that can help reset the nervous system, release stress and stuck emotions, and reconnect with your body.
I will be guiding you through Heart Coherence breath and the more activating Conscious Connected breath, complimented by an immersive soundtrack.

Heart Coherence breath involves breathing at a slow and steady pace with equal lengths on the inhale and exhale. It helps to create a state of calm and emotional balance.

Conscious connected breathing is an activating breath leaving no pauses between the inhale and exhale. This can take you into an altered state and allow you to experience deep release.

There is never any expectation to push beyond what feels safe and comfortable. You will choose which guided breath feels right for you on the day.
This is your time, your space….to experience what the breath can do for you.

The session will include:

Introduction and intention setting
Gentle movement and stretching
Body scan and relaxation
Guided Heart Coherence breath and Conscious Connected breath
Time to refocus
Invitation to share and reflect
Light refreshments
CONTRAINDICATIONS

During this session I will be guiding you through Conscious Connected Breath.
This technique is NOT recommended if you have any of the following:

Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Have heart a condition or have experienced a stroke
Blood pressure problems
Have a history of psychosis or severe mental health condition
Have epilepsy, glaucoma or detached retina
In early stages of pregnancy
You are still very welcome to attend the workshop by focusing on a much gentler practice and being part of the energy. Please make me aware of any concerns prior to the session.

Hi, I'm Lynne Rowan, from Rowanflower Breathing and I am currently 8 months into a 10 month, 400 hours Breathwork Facilitator Course run by Breathing Space.
Breathing Space holds GPB Global Professional Breathwork Alliance status. My aim is make these natural breathwork tools available to everyone.

These opening workshops will form part of my case studies and will be held at a discounted rate in exchange for some feedback until I have completed my training and graduated.
