About

Weardale Adventures

Our mission, our plans and decisions have been guided by our values which are summarised in three main groups: keep the ‘adventure’ in adventure; be socially and environmentally responsible without being preachy, and do the right thing at all times and have fun as well.

It’s nothing overly complicated, adventure is at the heart of everything we do, and adherence to our values with every decision that we make along the way.

Weardale Watersports

Established in 2023, we are a premier Paddleboard and Canoe hire venue located in the picturesque Weardale region of the United Kingdom. Nestled near Stanhope, our unique location within a quarry offers a one-of-a-kind experience for water sports enthusiasts of all levels.

At Weardale Water Sports, we are passionate about promoting an active lifestyle and fostering a deep connection with nature. Our aim is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable adventure on the water for individuals, families, and groups.
