We are a husband and wife team Allison and Jonathan based in Teesdale who make multi-award winning cheeses with milk from a farm that has been in our family for five generations, so we know the milk quality is fantastic!
Cheesedale is a cheese-centric cafe and shop where the menu revolves around the cheese we make on the premises. You can take a peek into the dairy and see where the cheese is made, meet our rare breed pigs who are fed on the whey from the cheesemaking and enjoy a great cheese board and cup of coffee in the cafe. If you want to extend your stay you can book a couple of nights in our on site lodges with wood fired hot tubs - unplug and recharge, a slice of cheese and tranquility!
