The gin revolution is here! Gin has certainly made a comeback and South Causey Inn has its own gin distillery with Our signature “Rip” Gin.
Our history with gin shows our love of it but its rise in popularity is linked to our love of cocktails too. Gin is a great base for cocktails due to its lightness. Gin holds its own flavour in a cocktail but allows other flavours to blend with it and so we use our signature RIP Gin in our cocktails.
Come along enjoy to one of our gin tasting events, or as part of your evening out or a try our RIP gin as part of an Afternoon Tea.
We also have our RIP Gin online store where you can purchase a range of products from our own gin distillery or pop in to see us here at South Causey Inn.
