About

Our romantic shepherds hut offering glamping for two in style. Experience nature in luxury, perfect for a romantic break or well needed rest. Beautiful sweeping views of rolling countryside and relaxing outdoor space for star gazing. The Shepherds Hut, Mill Granary and Mill Byre are all within the vicinity of each other so extra guests can link in with both houses for more accommodation.

Set in the beautiful quiet countryside of the Tees Valley straddling County Durham and North Yorkshire lies a traditional-looking shepherds hut which blends seamlessly with the landscape. It has its own parking area at the rear and in front a delightful South-facing private garden with lawn area and decking. Here you can relax in the traditional deck chairs or dine al fresco taking in the views.

Stepping through the stable door you enter a surprisingly spacious interior which possesses all the essentials one would expect from a 5 Star quality cottage but encased in a cosy intimate space. A luxury two-seater sofa occupies pride of place where one can snuggle into in front of the Hobbit wood burning stove.

The well appointed kitchen area includes a Neff hob and combined grill and conventional/microwave oven plus a fridge and all the essential utensils one would expect. This is all topped out by a beautiful granite worktop which extends into a breakfast bar where one can dine looking out onto an oasis of calm tranquillity containing fields and hedgerows.

Through the sliding designer glass door, the en suite incorporates a luxurious spacious shower and towel warmer. At the opposite end of the hut sits the cosy elevated king-sized bed with eye level windows and HD TV which can be also be swung into the lounge area.
