About

Red Row Retreat consists of four beautifully appointed spaces — Rosemary (Cottage), Lovage (Studio Suite), Sage (Classic Double), and Thyme (Classic Double) — making it the perfect setting for bridal parties, family escapes, or group getaways.

Set within the sublime and secluded Black Horse Beamish estate, the retreat features two self-catering suites (Rosemary and Lovage), each with a private outdoor terrace and breathtaking views of the rolling countryside. Sage and Thyme are stylish double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.

Available to book either as individual suites and rooms, or as your own exclusive retreat sleeping up to 10 guests, the spaces can be seamlessly interconnected to create one large, luxurious home-from-home.

Each suite and bedroom is individually designed with thoughtful details, handcrafted touches, and all the boutique comforts you’d expect — so pick the one that takes your fancy, or gather your group for the full Red Row experience.
