About

We use local small and passionate suppliers who rear small numbers of animals and grow vegetables using the most welfare friendly farming techniques.

We only use what the suppliers have available on the day and only produce that is in the best condition, this dictates what we put on the menu, sometimes the menu can be changed twice in a service as we only buy what is at peak condition.

Our food is very natural with a slight Scandinavian /Nordic feel, meaning its very light, with vegetables playing an equally important part of the dish, presented in a very simple way so the ingredients can be eaten together in harmony.

We use very modern techniques mixed with traditional and long forgotten techniques to show case the ingredient in its best form from the humble carrot to the most expensive 250 day dry aged beef – they all get the same respect and love shown to them.

Sunday Lunch Menu: Sunday 12noon – 2pm

Restaurant Menu: Sunday - Thursday from 6.30pm - 9pm  |   Friday - Saturday from 6.30pm - 9.30pm
