The experienced, professional staff in Durham's official Visitor Contact Centre have excellent knowledge and are on hand to help you plan your visit, book accommodation and provide ideas for things to see and do during your stay.

The Visitor Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. Please note: the Visitor Contact Centre is not open to the public for face to face enquiries.
