About

The Paddock at Robsons of Wolsingham, adjacent to the River Wear.

A small quiet touring park located in the lovely Weardale town of Wolsingham.

The park is suitable for caravans and motorhomes.

Twenty-one hard standing pitches and one grass, all with electric. Fresh water, waste water and chemical disposal point on site.

Shower and Toilet block. Washing Up Area.

Well behaved dogs on leads welcome - many walks around Wolsingham and the surrounding area.

Accessory shop and caravan workshop (appointment necessary) on site.

Five minutes’ walk to the town centre with 2 country pubs, Italian Restaurant, No 10 coffee shop, Mr & Mrs Peggotty's bakers , Chinese take-away, Fish & Chip Shop, Keenans local butchers,  Spar, Convenience store, Pharmacy, Sixes and Sevens Gift Shop, Newsagents, & Estate Agents.

10 minutes riverside walk to recreation ground with football pitch, large childrens play area, bowling green and outdoor fitness station.

15 minutes walk to indoor swimming pool and sports hall. 10 minutes drive to outdoor swimming pool at Stanhope.

An ideal base to explore the attractions of County Durham.

Lovely walking area -  Weardale Way, Tunstall Reservoir, 'The Elephant Trees', Thornley Village Loop, Black Banks.

Only 10 minutes drive from Hamsterley Forest - one of the 'Super Six' mountain bike areas.

Lots of attractions nearby including Hamsterley Forest for walking, cycling and horse riding, Auckland Palace, Raby Castle, Killhope Wheel,  Beamish Open Air Museum, High Force, Weardale Railway, The Auckland Project, Kynren. Durham City Park and Ride 30 minutes’ drive away.

Heading North to Scotland or from the North to the South break your journey in beautiful Weardale.
