Modern in style, the smart kitchen has everything you could need to prepare delicious home cooked meals during your stay. The dining area includes a large wooden table and a combination of black and white dining chairs so you’ll be able to socialise here during family breakfasts and evening meals with friends.
Clean and sophisticated, the ground floor bathroom is home to walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
All three bedrooms at Laburnum Road can be found on the first floor. Comfy and relaxing, a fantastic night's sleep is guaranteed in the property. Head to the master bedroom and you’ll find a king-size bed which can be merged into two singles upon request prior to your stay. Bedroom two is home to a double bed, and bedroom three is where you’ll find a single bed.

Neighborhood
Known as the gateway to the Durham Dales, Bishop Auckland is a bustling market town in the Vale of Durham, standing high above a meander in the River Wear with commanding views of the surrounding countryside.
Walk from the town centre straight into the beautiful grounds of the magnificent Auckland Castle, the country residence of the Prince Bishops for more than 900 years. And don't miss the annual Bishop Auckland Food Festival which takes place in the town's historic market place every spring.
Attractions in the town centre include the 150-acre ancient Deer Park and 17th century Walled Garden, Mining Art Gallery, and Auckland Tower visitor centre.
Every summer Kynren - an epic tale of England - brings the town to life between July and September each year, when thousands of people will experience 2,000 years of history, myth and legend all in one evening, at this outdoor live-action spectacular.
