About

Founded by Lucy, a holistic counsellor, meditation teacher, and reiki practitioner, Guid-ed offers transformative experiences that blend science with spirituality integrating somatic healing, mindset work, breathwork, and energy alignment.

Theme: Building the Foundations for a Healthier, Aligned You

Focus: Anti-inflammatory living, blood sugar balance, low-tox lifestyle, nervous system regulation, gut health, and mind–body rewiring

Intention: To empower participants with simple, sustainable wellness habits that reduce inflammation, balance energy, support the gut, and regulate the nervous system, creating a strong foundation for long-term vitality and alignment.

CORE ELEMENTS:
Anti-inflammatory lifestyle foundations
Understanding inflammation: what it is, how it affects your energy, mood, hormones, and immune system
Key principles of an anti-inflammatory way of living that works with your body, not against it

Blood Sugar Balance 101
How blood sugar swings drive cravings, fatigue, anxiety, and weight gain
Simple strategies for stabilising blood sugar using protein, fat, fibre, and meal timing

Low-tox living made easy
Introduction to the “Dirty Dozen” and everyday toxins that overload the body
Easy, accessible non-toxic swaps for home, body, and lifestyle

Movement that supports healing
Why low-intensity, nervous system friendly movement (like walking, Pilates, mobility, stretching) reduces inflammation and supports hormone balance
How to exercise without triggering cortisol or burnout

Gut Health Essentials
Understanding the gut–brain–immune connection
Foundational habits that support digestion, immunity, and emotional wellbeing

Nervous System Regulation Tools
How stress impacts hormones, cravings, immunity, and inflammation
Practical somatic and grounding techniques that can be used daily to regulate the nervous system

Mindset & Identity Work for Health
Rewiring limiting beliefs around health, weight, body image, and consistency
Cultivating the identity of someone who honours their health and moves through life with vitality

Guided Hypnotic Meditation: “Rewire for Vitality”
A hypnotic meditation to create new subconscious associations around health, nourishment, and self-worth

Reiki Healing: Integration & Energy Alignment
Energy work to recalibrate the body, release stagnation, and anchor the intention of vitality

TAKEAWAY:
Participants leave with a clear, actionable understanding of how to support their body daily through food, movement, mindset, and energy. They’ll receive a simple wellness foundations checklist, blood sugar balance cheat sheet, and journal prompts to continue their inner and outer transformation.

All workshops will include a short breathwork series to arrive into the space followed by the education element and ending with a visualisation meditation that weaves in hypnotic suggestions to lock in change. A reiki healing will then take place to remove any emotional blockages and to facilitate alignment. There will then be an opportunity to pull an oracle card for further guidance. Guests will receive journal prompts to reflect on after the session.

Make sure to bring along a yoga mat, a journal or notebook, pen, a blanket and a cushion if you would like to get extra cosy during the meditation and reiki element of the workshop.

If you take part in all four Raby Reset sessions, you receive a complimentary good bag, 30 minute coaching session with Lucy over the telephone and a guided meditation mp3 download. To buy all four workshops.
