The Importance of Pruning:
Pruning is an essential practice for gardeners, as it not only improves the aesthetic appeal of shrubs but also promotes their health and vitality. Proper pruning encourages optimal growth, flowering, and overall plant resilience. This workshop will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to care for your shrubs effectively and ensure a flourishing garden throughout the seasons.

Pruning Tools and Equipment: Become familiar with the different types of pruning tools and learn how to select and use them appropriately for clean and efficient cuts.
Enhancing Plant Health: Understand how pruning can improve air circulation, sunlight penetration, and overall plant vitality. You will also learn how to identify and remove dead or diseased wood to prevent harm to your plants.
Shaping and Aesthetic Pruning: Master the art of shaping shrubs to create a balanced, attractive landscape. This section will cover both formal and informal pruning techniques.
Pruning for Seasonal Care: Learn which shrubs benefit from seasonal pruning and how to adapt your approach depending on the time of year.
