About

Our bright and contemporary restaurant is a great place to gather for a family dinner, a business lunch or an intimate dinner. Our restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the day.

The orangery-style restaurant is filled with natural light, and the French doors open directly onto the private garden in summer. Our menus reflect both the fresh feel of the surroundings and the very best local ingredients that we source from high quality, artisan producers whenever possible.

We have amazing links with Weardale Cheese and Mccoys Brewery both offering the very best in local produce.

My husband who is not at all fussy described it as the most disappointing place he’s ever stayed. That’s in part due to the difference between how it’s described (luxury spa) vs reality. It’s not... Read full review
