About

Café Cheesedale is the home of Teesdale Cheesemakers and the café reflects this with its cheese-centric menu.  As well as enjoying a great cheese board and locally roasted coffee you can take a peek into the dairy and see where the cheese is made, meet our rare breed pigs who are fed on the whey from the cheesemaking, feed Wallace the goat and and buy cheese and some carefully selected complementary products to take away.

If you want to extend your stay you can book a couple of nights in our on site lodges with wood fired hot tubs - unplug and recharge, a slice of cheese and tranquility!
