Regular farmer’s markets take place across the county, showcasing delicious produce from an abundance of excellent local food producers.
From the finest meats to delicious cheeses and freshly baked breads to seasonal vegetables, it’s all readily available at Durham’s farmers markets. And don’t miss the annual Bishop Auckland Food Festival each April which is the county's biggest food event.
