Whether you’re looking to move your body, unwind your mind or treat yourself to a little indulgence, Wellbeing Week is the perfect excuse to visit Dalton Park Outlet.

What’s On During Wellness Week

Costa’s Matcha Monday Giveaway: Kicking off the week with a boost, Costa is celebrating its newly launched Matcha range with an exclusive giveaway. On Monday 26th January, the first ten people in line to show Dalton Park’s Wellness Week email or social post will receive a FREE Matcha drink, offering visitors a perfect start to their shop at Dalton Park.

Wellbeing Wander with Climate Action North: On Tuesday 27th January, from 10am, visitors can connect with nature on Dalton Park’s Wellbeing Wander – a mind clearing walk, setting off from the Pollinator Parks Garden, next to the M&S entrance. In collaboration with Climate Action North, the guided walk is the perfect opportunity to unwind and focus on your wellbeing, while exploring the Parklands.

Wellbeing Market: Dalton Park’s beloved Artisan Market will return with a wellbeing focus on Saturday 31st and Sunday 1st February. Visitors can browse a curated selection of wellness products designed to help them feel their best. With over 20 independent local traders across the two days, including botanical skincare, healthy vegan treats, superfood mushroom blends, sea glass jewellery, it’s the perfect place to discover new ways to relax, recharge or indulge in a little selfcare.

Flower Giveaway: On Friday 30th January, Dalton Park will be spreading a little joy and giving away flower bundles to lucky shoppers from 11am to 2pm – the perfect pick me up to brighten their days.

Etto x The Works Feel-Good Book Swap and Coffee Treat: Throughout Wellness Week, Etto will be hosting a book swap in collaboration with The Works, giving visitors the chance to exchange a preloved book for a new read. Guests can simply let the Etto team know they’ve swapped a book at the stand and enjoy a FREE coffee with any cake purchase – ideal to take some time to yourself to enjoy a treat and a new read.

Red Sky Foundation CPR Training: On Sunday 1st February, Dalton Park’s 2026 charity partner, the Red Sky Foundation, will be onsite at the outlet, demonstrating CPR training, and taking visitors though the fantastic work that they deliver and give guidance on how to keep your heart healthy.
