The Rose Tree Inn is a traditional English country pub and restaurant occupying a riverside setting on the edge of picturesque Shincliffe village, less than one and a half miles from Durham city centre.
The Rose Tree provides a cosy bar and separate lounge restaurant. Outside there is a large attractive patio beer garden with parasols and heaters so that it can still be enjoyed even on cooler days!
You will always be sure of a warm welcome from all of the staff whether you are simply stopping for a drink or enjoying our freshly prepared home-cooked food, traditional food at it's best.
