The experienced, professional staff in Durham's official Visitor Contact Centre have excellent knowledge of Durham City, the Durham Dales, Vale of Durham and Durham’s Heritage Coast and will help you plan your visit, book quality accommodation and provide ideas for things to see and do during your stay.

The Visitor Contact Centre is open Monday to Saturday 9.30am-5.30pm, Sunday and Bank Holidays 11am-4pm. Please note: the Visitor Contact Centre is not open to the public for face to face enquiries.
