In August we we teamed up with Britain is GREAT and welcomed TV's Gregg Wallace to the county as part of the Masterchef host's Great British Menu online series.

We're delighted to say that the video is now ready for you to watch!

During filming Gregg visited Beamish – The Living Museum of the North to find out about the variety of traditional food on offer across the Museum, and also visited award-winning Knitsley Farm Shop.

Gregg headed to the Durham Dales, stopping at the Rose and Crown in Romaldkirk to meet with head chef Dave Hunter about how he makes the most of local produce.

And the TV star tried out some of the county's local beer too, stopping off at Sonnet 43 Brew House.

The video also features Seaham Hall, Auckland Castle, Broom House Farm, Durham Gin, RISE Bakehouse and Durham Cathedral.
