Detached stone cottage situated in the owner's grounds, on the banks of the River Derwent. New barn conversion, well equipped with private garden. Situated in a lovely rural location. It is ideally suited for walking, cycling and fishing (fishing permits available on request). Short drive to Beamish Museum, Durham, Newcastle and the MetroCentre, 25 miles to the coast. Bed linen and towels provided. Sleeps 4 (+2: double sofa bed in lounge).
