The Date Atelier is a Durham-based, date-led chocolate house creating pralines with no ganache, where the date takes its place. Crafted in England using Tolga Deglet Nour dates, each creation brings together the natural character of the date and the refinement of chocolate craftsmanship. Collections are made for the pleasure of giving, from intimate gestures to generous celebrations. Reservations are available online for seasonal allocations and private occasions, with boxes of four, six, twelve and twenty-four pralines. The story begins in the palm groves of Tolga, Algeria, and continues through thoughtful craft in England.
