Visit County Durham contacts social media users to request permission to feature content on our various websites, social media channels and within various promotional materials.

If you choose to allow us to use your social media or uploaded content (“User Content”) by authorising use through SnapSea, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.

Visit Jersey engages with SnapSea to facilitate the identification and distribution of this User Content, including photos, reviews, text, comments and other materials from social media sites for use by Visit County Durham in connection with our business activities and promotional campaigns.

Visit County Durham or SnapSea reserves the right to alter these Terms without advance notice by posting a revised Terms. You should review the latest Terms upon authorising use through SnapSea.
