Consett Cycling Festival is set to return on Sunday 7 June. This exciting event promises a day packed with world-class racing, and free family-friendly activities for all to enjoy in the town centre.

England Women V New Zealand Women ODI

The Banks Homes Riverside Stadium will host international cricket once again in 2026. Starting with England Women taking on New Zealand Women in a thrilling one day international on Sunday 10 May.

Durham City Run Festival

Durham City Run is set to celebrate its 10th year in 2026, as once again the city is set to host 5K and 10K races across its historic streets! The festival will run from 16 to 18 July, with races taking place on 16 July and Paula’s Families on Track event on Saturday 18 July.

England Men v India Men T20 International

On Wednesday 1 July, England Men take on India Men in an exciting T20 International at Banks Homes Riverside Stadium. This match is part of three international matches set to be hosted in Durham this year, which is regarded as one of the country’s most picturesque and fan-friendly venues.

The Durham Regatta
