Win a two night Stargazing Festival family break

Enjoy a two night glamping break in a Northern Star Tepee at the North Pennines Stargazing Festival Star Camp, definitely the place to be this half term for all things stargazing. Learn about the wonders of space with The Sky at Night presenter Dr Maggie Aderin-Pocock MBE, at the festival’s headline event. Dr Maggie is best known for presenting The Sky at Night alongside Chris Lintott and she has also appeared in hit shows including Stargazing Live and The Science of Doctor Who to name but a few. Under the guidance of stargazing experts at Star Camp, you’ll be able to enjoy viewing the night sky through your very own Sky-Watcher Telescope and make the most of your stargazing kit which includes picnic blanket, night vision torch and stargazing book.

As night turns to day the family fun continues with a Durham VIP Pass giving free entry to a host of the county's top attractions.

The competition is run in conjunction with the North Pennines AONB Partnership.
