Start the day in the beautiful surroundings of the Walled Gardens at Raby Castle, as you join us for our series of deeply relaxing mindfulness sessions.
Led by experienced mindfulness coach Helen, from Swastha, each session will guide you through gentle meditation and relaxation techniques to help you reset and recharge.
8.45 am for 9 am start (1 hour duration)
£15 per session, must be booked as a block of six (Total per block £75.00)
Max 5 places per session
Tickets include access to the Park and Walled Gardens on the day after each session.
Mindfulness Meditation Practice suitable for all
Begins with brief discussion on mindfulness, followed by a guided group practice and ending with personal reflection & shared discussion
Attendees need to bring their own mat & should wear comfortable clothing
Warm clothing & a blanket & pillow is suggested for maximum comfort
