Celebrated chef Mark Jordan (Mark Jordan At The Beach), and forager, Kazz (Wild Adventures Jersey), both from the island of Jersey, will be welcomed at the Orangery for a unique food and wine experience.
Your evening begins with welcome cocktail and talk from Kazz, a foraging expert who brings with him a host of knowledge and some unique and unusual ingredients foraged from both the Rockliffe estate and Jersey.
You will then be seated for a celebration 6-course menu created by Richard and Mark in the beautiful 4AA Rosette Orangery restaurant using some of the ingredients Kazz has foraged.
Head Sommelier Daniel Jonberger will match 4 wines to this special menu. A raffle will be held to raise funds for Hospitality Action.
