We are delighted to announce Bishop Auckland Food Festival will return 22nd & 23rd April 2023.
With a fantastic range of delicious street food traders and artisan food producers, bars with real ales, pop up cafes and attractions for all, the festival will be a great day out!
The food festival brings together traders and producers from across the region to sell their delicious treats. Soak up the atmosphere with live music and attractions and buy lots of goodies to take home too.
First celebrity chefs revealed!
Phil Vickery - chef, presenter and cookery book author, best known for his part in ITV's This Morning for over 22 years.
Rachel Allen - bestselling cookery writer, TV chef and celebrated teacher at the world-famous Ballymaloe Cookery School in County Cork.
Janusz Domagala - the stand-out star of 2022’s Great British Bake Off.
Kenny Tutt - MasterChef 2018 winner and co-founder of PITCH Restaurant & Cookery School with his wife Lucy in his hometown of Worthing.
Sandro Farmhouse - Great British Bake Off 2022 runner-up.
All the celebrity chefs will be wowing visitors with their mouth-watering food demonstrations on Saturday 22 April. And they’ll be joined by crowd favourite and TV presenter Chris Bavin, who returns as host.
