Located in North-East England at Coxhoe, Co. Durham, we have taken our modern brewing philosophy and strong brand identity to then fuse this with local culture and history. Sonnet 43 ‘How do I Love Thee?’ is the best-known work of poet Elizabeth Barrett Browning, who was born and raised in Coxhoe, the village where the brewery is based. We took Browning’s words and expressed it our way – through craft beer.
We’re passionate about seriously tasty pints and we aim to make ale that you’ll want to drink time after time. Using only the best ingredients with traditional brewing methods, this enables us to produce remarkable, high-quality cask beers, which deliver a real taste experience to be both savoured and enjoyed.
