About
Make Christmas extra special this year, visit Father Christmas at Hardwick Park in his Festive Yurt.
Customers are advised that timeslots are booked in 30 minute blocks with up to six families per timeslot. Families are taken to visit Father Christmas in his grotto in order of arrival. Families can wait indoors in the warmth of the education room rather than outdoors we know what the weather can be like in December. We ask families to arrive at the education room located at the visitor's centre as close to their booked timeslot, arriving too early could result in a longer wait and late arrival could mean you miss your booked visit.
On arrival you will be signed in, and children will be offered a hot drink to enjoy whilst completing a Christmas craft and making reindeer food before being called into the grotto to visit Father Christmas. Wrap up and dress for the weather as it could be cold whilst walking from the education room to the grotto located in our yurt.
Included with the Father Christmas ticket:
Children with a ticket will receive a hot chocolate or a warm blackcurrant drink on arrival at the education room where families will wait in the warmth until called to the grotto.
Children will have an opportunity to complete a small festive craft and make their own environmentally friendly reindeer food to take home.
Families will enjoy a personal Father Christmas Visit in his grotto.
Each child with a ticket will receive a gift from Father Christmas.
Children will receive the Festive park trial to complete on the day of the visit or an alternative date whilst the trail is running throughout December.
Father Christmas tickets can be booked from Friday 25 September online by visiting Book online for a park event.
Father Christmas tickets are non-refundable.
