The traditional stone built cottage is situated in the hamlet of Snaisgill, one mile outside the picturesque market town of Middleton-in-Teesdale. Set in a quiet scenic location the property lies within four acres comprising of a large walled garden, stable area, paddock and our very own quarry!
As part of the North Pennines it is a designated area of outstanding natural beauty (ANOB) and a UNESCO (United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organisation) global geopark. Set very near the Pennine Way its scenery and location make it a special place to visit.
The accommodation is made up of 3 double en suite rooms and a Shepherd's hut. Two of the rooms are located in the main cottage, the third room and Shepherds Hut lie within the walled garden area close to the cottage.
