Had a wonderful week away here. Cottage is beautiful with a fantastic garden and pheasant! A great little getaway if you need to get away from the city. Incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, this cottage also has a washing and drying machine. The bed was soft, clean and helped me slip away in to the deepest of sleeps. Beautiful views from all windows and loved watching the fire burn away from the comfy arm chair. Highly recommend !!!!

The cottage was very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture, very clean and the bath shower toilet facilities were good. Good location near Bishop Auckland for shopping, this had changed greatly since I was last there, all very convenient. Kitchen was fine and well equipped if intending to do much cooking
