Road Directions
The museum is situated on the river bank path below Durham Cathedral. The nearest public parking places are several hundred metres away in any direction. You will need to park in one of the city centre car parks and walk from your car park to the museum.
Public Transport Directions
There are several express coach services daily from most major cities. Coaches can drop off near the museum (please phone for details) and park at Millburngate Shopping Centre, Elvet (Dunelm House) or the Sands Car Park.
