The Weardale Outdoor Centre is a new government funded project that offers outdoor education and pursuits to all ages and groups. At the centre you can have access to the surrounding 400 acres for educational purposes, learn about renewable energy, achieve rural skills qualifications or take part in a structured team building event. In addition to this, the centre can arrange adventure training activities for you such as kayaking, mountain biking, rock climbing and much more. There is something for everybody at the centre. Discounts are offered to serving Armed Forces and families.
