Strathmore Barns has deservedly earned the English Tourist Board's 4 Star award for self-catering cottages. The four cottages Millstone, Butterwick, Foxholes and Thistle Close are situated on a working farm in the beautiful Northern Dales. Relax in spacious interiors with natural beamed ceilings, fully equipped modern kitchens to cater for your every need, and luxurious bathrooms in which to unwind. All four cottages feature king-sized 4-poster beds. In fact, everything you need for the perfect holiday. Located in a rural, peaceful setting, the barns have been cleverly designed to accommodate parties of up to 22 people. All cottages benefit from a continuous supply of naturally filtered spring water. The central heating is fired by an eco-friendly wood chip furnace ensuring a constant supply of hot water.
All cottages feature: Fully equipped kitchen, 28" wide-screen colour television and portable TV, VHS, DVD and music system. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels costs are included in the rental fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request. Designated children's outdoor play area, ample 'off-road' parking, barbecue facilities and patio furniture are provided. A well behaved pet is always welcome. Excellent local village shops, pubs and restaurants all within 2 miles.
