Red Lion Cottage is set in the heart of the beautiful Teesdale village of Cotherstone. The cottage offers a combination of traditional country style with modern luxury and convenience.

The cottage is situated next to the Red Lion Inn, a quiet friendly country pub. Only 150 metres away is the Fox and Hounds pub, which serves delicious food at lunchtimes and evenings seven days a week. There is also a village post office/shop/newsagent, which sells a good range of food and drink.

The area is great for walking, with public footpaths leading almost from the door into the beautiful surrounding countryside. A local bus service can deliver you back to Cotherstone at the end of your walk.
