Spacious and comfortable self-catering cottage for 4 in a traditional Teesdale long house, sympathetically restored in keeping with the original character of the building. Northside Farm was originally a dairy farm dating back to the 17thC.

Accommodation comprises a spacious living area with original stone walls and beamed pitch roof, stone fireplace with log-burning stove, dining area and TV (Freeview), video and DVD player. Modern fitted kitchen and utility room with dishwasher, washer, tumble dryer, freezer and microwave. Master en suite bedroom downstairs with French windows to secluded courtyard.

Granite stone and oak staircase to twin room with third day bed and en suite shower room in eaves. Small reading area on landing leading to pitched pine walkway with glass mezzanine gallery which leads to cosy area with additional 2 day beds.

Gravelled courtyard with heated 14m indoor swimming pool, sauna and changing area (available to use by appointment with owners). Ample off road parking and all weather tennis court. Reiki available on request. Ideal for cycling, walking and relaxing.

Changeover days normally Mondays and Fridays. Unsuitable for children or pets. A no smoking property.
