Award-winning conversion of farm buildings. Two cottages set in a peaceful, rural location, yet within 2 miles of the city centre. They overlook their own courtyard/garden (with private parking space) and the field reaching down to the river.
Both cottages have a living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The central heating and cookers are gas. All bedrooms are twin: Corner has 2 and Gate has 1. Bathrooms have a shower over a bath. Bed linen and towels are provided. The laundry is shared between the 2 cottages and has an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. There is plenty of easy, off-road walking close by on footpaths and disused railway lines. The farm is 90 acres which are all down to grass and we have our own horses and a small livery yard.
